Warranty
Our Lifetime Colour Warranty supports the lasting finish of your Reef & Rose jewellery, with a clear claim process and a care team ready to help.
Keep your order details and contact us if your jewellery shows unexpected colour fading or tarnishing.
Unexpected colour fading or tarnishing on an eligible piece is assessed under the Lifetime Colour Warranty.
Your order number, a description and clear photographs help us assess quickly.
We explain the available repair, replacement or other resolution.
Lifetime Colour Warranty
All Reef & Rose jewellery uses PVD plating. Gold, silver and rose gold tones are identified on each product page. Our Lifetime Colour Warranty covers unexpected fading or tarnishing of the plated metal finish.
The warranty applies to the original purchaser from the original order date. Keep your order confirmation or another valid proof of purchase so we can find your piece and help.
What is not covered
Colour cover does not include lost or stolen jewellery, scratches, dents, accidental damage, snapped chains, stretched links, missing stones or charms, or natural changes to pearls and shells. Follow the care guidance for the complete piece, including any pearls, shells or stones.
Damage caused by misuse, improper storage, alterations or third-party repairs is not covered by this additional warranty. These exclusions do not remove your rights where an item is faulty, not as described or otherwise protected by consumer law.
How to make a claim
Email hello@reefandrosesupport.com with your order number, the affected piece, a short description and clear photos of the jewellery and the issue. If you no longer have the gift box, you can still contact us.
We will review your claim and explain the next steps. If we need the piece returned, we will provide instructions before you send it.
Assessment and resolution
For an approved colour-warranty claim, we offer a replacement or store credit. If the original piece is unavailable, we will discuss a comparable replacement. Store credit reflects the amount paid for the piece after any allocated promotional discount.
Where consumer law entitles you to a refund, repair, replacement or another remedy, we will provide the remedy required. You do not have to accept store credit instead of a refund to which you are legally entitled.
Manufacturing faults
Our additional manufacturing-defect warranty covers faults reported within 90 days of delivery. Contact our team with your order details and photos so we can assess the issue and arrange an appropriate resolution. This 90-day period does not limit any longer rights under consumer law.
Your consumer rights
These warranties are additional to your rights under Australian Consumer Law and the applicable consumer laws of your country, including the UK and Ireland. Nothing here excludes or limits rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded. You can contact us about a faulty item even after an additional warranty period has ended.
