Your jewellery is carefully checked, secured and presented so it arrives ready to give. The packaging also provides a practical place to keep pieces protected between wears.
Orders with multiple pieces
Multiple items are arranged to protect the jewellery in transit. If you need separate presentation for a larger gifting order, contact our care team before ordering so we can advise what is possible.
Sending directly to the recipient
Enter the recipient’s delivery address at checkout and review every detail before placing the order. Tracking is sent to the email address used at checkout once the parcel has been dispatched.
Keep the packaging
Store jewellery separately in a clean, dry place between wears. Keeping chains fastened and pieces apart helps reduce tangling, scratches and unnecessary surface contact.
